Rienkje Attoh

A Film and TV producer whose productions have screened at some of the world’s most notable film festivals, including Sundance, London Film Festival and LA Film Festival. Rienkje’s company So & So Productions was awarded a British Film Institute (BFI) Vision Award to develop her slate of Film and TV projects in 2016. Her debut feature A Moving Image (2016) was praised for boldly getting under the skin of London’s gentrification, followed by Pond Life (2017), starring Daisy Edgar-Jones and Esme Creed-Miles. She co-produced the BBC adaptation of Noughts + Crosses (2020).

In 2021 she’ll produce You Don’t Know Me with Snowed In Productions for the BBC. She's currently developing and producing the biopic of Sarah Forbes Bonetta starring two time Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo, who is also producing with her company Edith’s Daughter with partner Solome Williams, alongside SunnyMarch’s Leah Clarke and Adam Ackland. Benedict Cumberbatch will executive produce. BBC Films is financing development.

Rienkje is alumni of the National Film and Television School (NFTS) and one of three recipients of the inaugural Prince William Scholarships in Film, Television and Games, supported by BAFTA and Warner Bros. She is a 2020 Screen Star of Tomorrow.
